Peyman Baghaei
Peyman has over 15 years’ experience in project planning and controls across construction, oil and gas, and M&E projects. He has specialised in forensic planning and delay analysis since 2021, supporting clients with programme reviews, extension of time assessments, claims preparation and quantitative schedule risk analysis. He has completed an MSc in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution at King’s College London.

Zoe Shahabi MRICS
Zoe is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) specialising in cost planning and cost management for residential, mixed-use and commercial projects. Her experience with Wates Residential and AECOM covers projects from early feasibility through to contract award. With an MSc in Quantity Surveying and a BA (Hons) in Architecture, she combines commercial judgement with an understanding of design. Her expertise includes cost benchmarking, value engineering, procurement advice and cost reporting, helping clients assess options, develop budgets and understand commercial risk.
